(91¾ÅÉ«Íø Ste. Marie, ON Jan 30, 2020)
In less than a week, one of the community’s largest annual career events will take place in 91¾ÅÉ«Íø’s Health and Wellness Centre. The annual Job and Career Fair – hosted by 91¾ÅÉ«Íø in partnership with Employment Solutions – takes place on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from noon to 5 p.m. The event is open to all and admission is free! Stop by to meet more than 50 employers who are looking to hire over the next six months for more than 1,000 positions combined.
Employers will be on-hand to discuss their company, highlight current and future employment opportunities, collect resumes, and provide valuable advice and insight into the job market. Job seekers are encouraged to bring resumes to give to employers and should be prepared to discuss qualifications and experience.
Leading up to the event, Employment Solutions is available to help job seekers prepare for the job fair. Drop into the office on the 4th floor of Station Tower at 421 Bay Street to meet with knowledgeable, helpful and qualified staff who can work one-on-one with job seekers. No appointment necessary.
The support from Employment Solutions continues through to the Job and Career fair where team members will be available to meet one-on-one to discuss job search support and provide information about free programs and services available through Employment Ontario.
Parking will be available in the visitor lot off of the Willow Avenue entrance and the J South lot. Overflow metered parking will also be available off of Northern Avenue or in the Willow Avenue lot.
